Team K9 gives back · Since August 2020

Until they have a person, they have a team.

Every item you order sends money to a dog rescue. This year we also boxed up 415 pieces of our own gear and delivered them to a shelter, because a dog shouldn't have to wait for a family to get a harness that fits.

  • $17,523.60donated to dog rescues and shelters since August 2020
  • 3dog rescues and shelters supported
  • 415pieces of gear to a shelter in 2026

415 pieces of gear. Four deliveries. One shelter.

Money helps. So does a harness that fits. We pull gear off our own shelves, count it on the way out the door and deliver it to our shelter partner.

Hands hold a tan Team K9 harness next to a BC SPCA Champions for Animals sign that reads: I am a champion because we are in support of the BC SPCA.
Up in British Columbia “I am a champion because…” The answer went on in orange marker: “We are in support of the BC SPCA.” The harness is ours.

How your purchase helps

You order gear. A rescue gets a donation.

There's no box to tick and nothing added to your total. It comes out of our side of every item, through Give & Grow by Pledge, and it has since August 2020.

Leave a dog better off. One of the six rules we run on

Who it's for

Every one of them was waiting once.

Otis was born in the wild. Cooper had never been leash trained. Max had hardly been on a leash. Our customers took them home. We just made the harness.

    Hard on harnesses

We just rescued a dog that literally has broken every harness purchase in less than a week. This one is extremely heavy duty. Well done!

By hand

Sometimes the first harness finds a second dog.

When a harness doesn't fit, we send the right size. Then, a lot of the time, we ask a favor: pass the first one on to a shelter, a rescue, or a dog down the street. Nobody wrote a rule for it. It's what we'd want someone to do for our own dogs.

Good to know

How the giving works.

What does Team K9 donate?

Money and gear. Every item we sell sends a donation to a dog rescue, $17,523.60 since August 2020. And 415 pieces of our gear went to our shelter partner in 2026.

How much goes to rescues?

$17,523.60 since August 2020. It comes from every item we sell, five cents at a time. We pay it, and nothing is added to your order. Right now it goes to Friends of the Attleboro Animal Shelter.

Who has the money gone to?

Rescued Dog first, then Saving Carolina Dogs Rescue & Adoption Network, and since 2025 Friends of the Attleboro Animal Shelter. A small share also went to two other animal rescue funds along the way.

Who receives the gear deliveries?

One animal shelter took all four 2026 deliveries. The last one was September 25, 2026.

I run a shelter or rescue. Can I get in touch?

Yes. Write to us through Team K9 Support and tell us what your dogs need. A person on our team writes back.
