We will be happy to assist you with returning the product and receiving a refund if you are for whatever reason dissatisfied with your purchase.
If you ordered the wrong size harness then we will replace it at no cost! Just reach out to us and let us know what size you need within 60 days.
For returns without an exchange, our refund policy lasts for 60 days since you received your product. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide us with the tracking number to be refunded.
If you would like to return your item, you must contact us to request the return. We will be helpful and are available 24/7.
We aim to process and ship your item as fast as possible. Because of this, we can't guarantee order cancellations at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience. We encourage you to make a return for a refund by contacting us here if you still do not want your order when it arrives.
Please note: Custom items, like personalized patches, are not able to be returned.
