We wanted to provide you with an update on some recent Team K9 orders. 🐶
As a small family-run business during this coronavirus crisis, there is nothing more important to us than the well-being of our customers, their dogs, and our staff. 🐾
We are working around the clock to serve our customers, and we wanted to update you with some current issues that we are solving. 🔎
We kindly ask for and appreciate your patience with temporary processing and shipping delays. We have reduced warehouse capacity due to social distancing guidelines and our shipping partners are experiencing delays due to covid-19. International deliveries may take longer as well. You can view the impact of domestic shipping delays here: USPS and Fedex. 📦
We also are dealing with a tracking issue where some tracking numbers don't appear to be correct. Rest assured, we are sorting through the impacted orders and all packages will be delivered to their correct addresses. 👍
Finally, we are working non-stop to respond to customers that have contacted our support team. We are experiencing high customer inquiry volume in response to covid-19. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding. 💛
