Metal buckles or clips that break under normal use

Fabric tears, delamination, or material failures
Hardware Failures
D-rings, V-rings, or zippers that fail under normal use

How It Works
If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect at any point during its lifetime, we'll replace it one time.
💡 One-Time Replacement: The Lifetime Warranty provides one replacement per product. After the replacement, standard warranty coverage applies to the new item.

What's NOT Covered
Exclusions
Our warranty does NOT cover:
Chewing Damage
Damage from your dog chewing or biting the product
Normal Wear & Tear
Fading, pilling, or general wear from regular use over time
Misuse
Damage from improper use, storage, or care
Accidents
Damage from car accidents, falls, or other incidents
Improper Cleaning
Damage from washing incorrectly or using harsh chemicals
Modifications
Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Team K9
⚠️ Important: The most common warranty denial is chewing damage. Keep harnesses stored safely when not in use!

Proper care helps your Team K9 gear last longer and prevents warranty issues:
Harness Care
- ✅ Wash: Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle
- ✅ Detergent: Use mild detergent, avoid bleach
- ✅ Dry: Air dry - do NOT use dryer
- ✅ Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from pets when not in use
- ✅ Inspection: Regularly check buckles and stitching before each use
Car Seat Cover Care
- ✅ Wash: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle
- ✅ Dry: Tumble dry low or air dry
- ✅ Spot clean: For quick cleanup between washes
- ✅ Vacuum: Remove pet hair regularly
⚠️ Warranty Void: Using bleach, high heat, or harsh chemicals may void your warranty if it causes damage.

You'll need proof of purchase to file a warranty claim:

Return Shipping
Standard Warranty: We cover all return shipping costs for defective items
Lifetime Warranty: Shipping fees may apply depending on the claim
Processing Time
- Claim review: 1-2 business days
- Replacement shipping: 3-8 business days (USA)
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days to your bank
Warranty Transferability
Standard Warranty: Transfers to new owner if item is gifted or resold
