Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within several business days of being placed. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Total delivery time = Order processing + Carrier transit time. Exact timing varies by location and carrier.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. While we work hard to ship quickly, we can’t control carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume.


Business Days

Shipping times are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.


Tracking Your Order

  • Check your email for a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
  • Visit teamk9.aftership.com to track your order in real time.
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show initial movement after label creation — this is normal.

If you can’t find your tracking email, check your spam or promotions folder.


Multiple Packages

To get your order to you as fast as possible, we often ship items from multiple warehouses.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Packages can arrive on different days.
  • Custom patches ship separately and may arrive later than harnesses.

We are a U.S.-based company with fulfillment centers in:

  • California

When U.S. inventory is low, we may ship directly from our international partners to speed up delivery — at no extra cost to you. Regardless of origin, all items are backed by the same Team K9 quality guarantee.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs procedures.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees may apply depending on your country.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Many Team K9 orders fall below the minimum threshold for import duties, so additional fees are uncommon.


Shipping Insurance

Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to protect against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

  • If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged, contact us with your order number and details.
  • We’ll verify with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Shipping Issues

Package Marked as Delivered but Missing

  • Check around your property, mailbox, or with neighbors.
  • Look for a proof-of-delivery photo in your tracking updates.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Package Delayed

Carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. Your package is still on its way! If tracking hasn’t updated recently, please contact us for assistance.

Wrong Shipping Address

  • Before shipment: Email support@teamk9.com immediately with subject “Address Change – [Order #]”.
  • After shipment: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request a redirection.

Once a package has shipped, we can’t change the address ourselves, but the carrier may be able to assist.

Package Damaged in Transit

  • Take photos of the box and contents.
  • Keep all packaging materials.
  • Email support@teamk9.com with your photos and order number.
  • We’ll send a replacement or refund — your choice.

Modifying or Cancelling Orders

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once processing begins, we typically can’t cancel or modify orders.

Need to make a change? Email support@teamk9.com with the subject “Order Change Request – [Order #]”. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Can’t cancel in time? No problem — you can always use our 60-Day Return Policy after delivery.
