When Will I Get My Tracking Number?

You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order is processed and shipped. If you don't see it, check your spam folder!

Tracking Not Updating?

Sometimes tracking can take 24-72 hours to show initial movement after the label is created. This is normal! The carrier has your package and will update tracking once it's scanned at their facilities.

Items May Ship Separately

To get your order to you as fast as possible, we often ship items from multiple warehouses. This means:

  • Multiple tracking numbers - one for each package
  • Different arrival dates - packages may arrive on different days
  • Faster delivery - items ship from the closest warehouse

Custom patches ship separately from harnesses because they're made-to-order. They may arrive a few days after your main order.

If your insured package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping:

Shipping Issues

Package Shows Delivered But I Can't Find It

First, check these common spots:

  • Around your property (garage, back porch, side door)
  • With neighbors or building reception
  • Inside your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Proof of Delivery photo in tracking

Still can't find it? Contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Package Is Delayed

Carriers occasionally experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other factors. Your package is still on the way!

If tracking hasn't updated recently or you're concerned about your delivery, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Wrong Shipping Address

Need to change your shipping address?

  • Before shipment: Email us ASAP at support@teamk9.com with subject "Address Change - [Order #]"
  • After shipment: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request an address correction

⚠️ Once a package ships, we can't change the address. Contact the carrier immediately for the best chance of redirection!

Package Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage (box and contents)
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Email us at support@teamk9.com with photos and order number
  4. We'll send a replacement or refund - your choice!

We ship to most countries worldwide! International delivery times vary by destination.

Customs & Duties

Important: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • ❌ We don't control these fees
  • ❌ These fees are NOT included in your order total
  • ✅ You're responsible for any customs charges
  • ✅ Contact your local customs office for more info

💡 Most countries have a minimum threshold before customs fees apply. Many Team K9 orders fall below this threshold!

International Tracking

International tracking updates may be less frequent than domestic shipping. This is normal! Your package is on the way.

Modifying Orders

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

We process orders lightning-fast for quick shipping! Once processing begins, we usually can't cancel or modify orders.

Need to Make Changes?

Email support@teamk9.com immediately with subject:

"Order Change Request - [Your Order #]"

We'll do our best to help if your order hasn't shipped yet!

Remember: We have a 60-day return policy! If you can't cancel, you can always return or exchange after delivery.
