Team K9 Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these kinds of purchases.

.Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
- Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged automatically for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. You can cancel or update your renewal preferences at any time.
- To modify or cancel your subscription, follow the link provided in your order confirmation email or log into your account at teamk9.com.
Changes made before the next billing cycle will take effect immediately. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned or exchanged under our standard policy.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you’re reserving an upcoming product that is not yet in stock or is still in production.
- We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and charge the remaining balance once your order is ready to ship.
- You may cancel a partially paid pre-order any time before fulfillment to receive a refund of any deposits paid.
- Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may still qualify for a return or refund under our Return Policy.
We’ll send you an email update when your pre-order item is ready to ship, including your tracking number and final payment confirmation (if applicable).
Try Before You Buy
From time to time, certain items may be offered under a “Try Before You Buy” program. This allows you to experience the product before final payment is processed.
- At checkout, your payment method will be authorized but not charged until after your trial period ends.
- You’ll have a specific amount of time to decide whether to keep or return the product.
- If you decide to return the item within the trial period, simply follow our return instructions and your authorization will be released or voided.
- If the trial period expires without a return, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full amount.

Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify a standard order, contact us immediately at support@teamk9.com with the subject line "Order Cancellation Request – [Order #]".
Once processing begins or the order ships, cancellations are no longer possible — but you can still return or exchange the item after it arrives under our 60-day guarantee.
