Is it really free to see the portraits?
Yes. All twelve are free to make and see. No card, no account. You only pay if you order something.
Do I need an account, or to download anything?
No. Choose a photo and your portraits appear right here on this page. Leave your email if you would like to download them and keep your dog's page.
What kind of photo works best?
A normal phone photo with your dog's face easy to see. If there are other dogs or people in it, that is fine: we find your dog, and ask you which one if there are several.
How are the portraits made?
Our studio uses AI to paint your dog from your photo, and to picture your dog with each piece. You see everything before you order.
Does my dog's name go on it?
If you like. While the portraits are painted we ask whether your dog is a boy or a girl (so the royal portrait shows a king or a queen) and the name. The name becomes the title of the movie poster.
What are the twelve portraits?
A movie poster with your dog's name as the title, an animated-film character, a storybook picture, a king or queen, a general and a soft watercolor. Then six more arrive: head chef, rock star, captain, pharaoh, Viking chief and a 1920s gala.
What does my email open? And an order?
Your email saves your dog's page and opens downloads, three more worlds and the first song. Any order opens everything: every world, the whole album and more repaints. Sharing a picture opens another world too.
What can I put my dog on?
A canvas (framed if you like), a sherpa blanket, a pillow in your dog's shape, a sweatshirt, a mug, a puzzle, a movie poster, face socks, a phone case, a tree ornament, a 2027 wall calendar and stickers. Each one gets its own design, and you see it on your dog before you order.
I made a dog before. How do I get back to it?
On the same phone or computer, just open this page again and your dog is here. On a different one, sign in with the email you left and your dogs come back.
What happens to my photo?
We use it to make your portraits and anything you order, and we keep it with your dog’s page so you can come back. The painting is done with AI tools run by companies that work for us. We never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time at info@teamk9.com. Our privacy policy has the details.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If a piece arrives damaged or printed wrong, tell us within 30 days at info@teamk9.com and we remake it free. Each piece is made just for your dog, so we cannot take one back for a change of mind. You see the exact design before you order.
How long does it take to arrive?
Each piece is made after you order. In the US it is usually at your door in about a week.
