We have three pups (well, one is my daughter's pup that she adopted in college, but lives with us. So many stories like this, right?) who are all around the 50 lb range.
There's "old man" Dexter in the middle, happy-go-lucky Bella (the golden), and Maggie, my daughter's pup, who likely got thrown into the floor board one too many times in the short period of time that she lived with my daughter.

We're sharing this too, because it's real. Stacey wasn't happy with the anchors and clips:
I will add that I was a little disappointed in the "seat anchors" and plastic, rather than metal, clips that came with this product.
The little handle things that come with it to be shoved down between the seat and back rest do not work.
Stacey's fix:
I ended up rigging my own "seat anchors" using these handles to keep the "pup platform" from moving.
