Our rescued White German Shepard is so beautiful that people want to pet her, but the abuse she suffered …. dumped, starved and cattle prodded for over 90 days in a ‘shelter’ was so extreme she will not let anyone near her except my husband and I (and close family). She is very smart and well behaved at 2 yrs. Her loyalty to me is unmatched! Thank you! Your Velcro signs are so important and helpful in protecting our fur baby from threats (perceived). She was 60lbs starved 6 months ago…all ribs…now 85 lbs healthy, happy, behaved and loved more than anyone could know! Thank you! She was a star at Home Depot yesterday! With her vest and signs ! Love your products!
You exchanged the too large harness for a smaller one and it fits perfectly! My Lab Remington looks so regal in it he is a Chocolate so the green really pops his eyes! People keep stopping me and asking where I got it and the personalized labels! Thank you so much for making REM and I so happy! We’ve been trying for over a year to find a harness that fits properly! I have one question? You exchanged REMs too large harness for the one he’s loving, how and where do I return the large one? He only tried it on never wore it! Let me know? Thank you! REMs Mom

I purchased (3) The extra large was way too big so I purchased med it was too small so Finally I purchased a large and it's perfect. I should send back the (2) that didn't fit but instead I want to gift them to an animal shelter.
I ordered and received the complete package from the K-9 team and I was very happy with everything but the harness because I ordered the wrong size by mistake, so I reached out to the K-9 team and explained what happened so they put the harness in the mail to me no charge. You can't beat these guys when it comes to quick customer service and they do this willingly. This was my second order from the K-9 team and I will continue to order from them. Thank you K-9 team.
They turned out great !
Received the harness for my dog on July 02 and it was too large. You have to request a return or exchange by email you cant just do it on the site. It’s now July 16 and I haven’t received any information for a return/ exchange just a request for a review. Be careful ordering from this company.

The military-grade harness-vest is perfect for Enzo, our 7 year old male German Sheperd who has become a Medical Alert Dog for me, Kenneth Persak. I suffered a should-have-been-fatal motorcycle accident on Mother's Day, May 8, 2005. I was bedridden for 17 of the last 20 years due to complications from the accident. My aorta was torn (transection) in the middle of arch of the aorta (ascending aorta). The first in the world operation to repair my torn aorta was performed by Joseph Bavaria MD at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylania in Philadelphia. The operation was televised to 7 teaching hospitals. My wife and I rescued Enzo from a local SPCA on Friday, March 13, 2020. My pain doctor noticed that when I brought Enzo to my appointments, my blood pressure was 30-50 points lower than when I didn't bring Enzo. Also Enzo would let me know if I got behind schedule with my pain medicines. Also, when I get excrutiating nerve pains in my legs in the middle of the night, Enzo jumps up on my bed and vigorously licks me all over my face, head, and neck, until the pains subside and go away. Because of all these things, Terrence Duffy MD decidec to make Enzo my Medical Alert Service Dog. The patches "SERVICE DOG" and "ENZO over top of my cell phone number fit nicely on my tan K9 vest. I purchased two of the service dog patches for Ollie's vest. They're black on his tan vest so they stick out. Works good as he accompanies me to work at a church. Most everyone loves Ollie, but for those who don't know him or like a dog being at church. it's nice to have the highly visible patches.
