aiagent connects Team K9’s authorized advertising and video accounts to its internal Merchanting workflows.
This application is operated by Team K9 for its owners and authorized team members. It supports business reporting, advertising operations and video publishing. It is not a public signup service and is not a Google product.
What the application does
- Advertising reporting: imports connected Google Ads account and campaign information, spend and performance measurements for internal reporting, cost reconciliation and analysis.
- Authorized advertising work: supports reviewed advertising workflows when enabled. The finance reporting connection reads spend; reconnecting it does not itself change campaigns or budgets.
- Video publishing: uploads operator-provided videos and thumbnails to authorized YouTube channels, manages authorized video and playlist workflows, and retains publication status and references.
- Internal records: keeps dated reports, source references and execution records so authorized operators can understand what was read or published.
Why Google access is requested
The Google consent screen identifies the account and permissions being requested. Google Ads uses a broad account-management permission even when a particular workflow only reads reporting data. YouTube permissions allow authorized uploading and channel-content operations. Only connect accounts you are allowed to manage. You can decline access or revoke it later through your Google Account.
Report observations can lag provider activity. A displayed business estimate is not a completed accounting reconciliation.
Your data and your choices
Read the aiagent Privacy Policy for the data we access, how we use and retain it, service-provider processing, and how to request deletion or revoke access. The Terms of Use explain authorized use and the applicable YouTube terms.
Existing authorized operators use Merchanting. For access, privacy questions or deletion requests, email support@teamk9.com with “aiagent” in the subject. Do not send passwords or API credentials.
