aiagent Terms of Use

Effective September 15, 2026 · Operated by Team K9

aiagent is an internal business integration for authorized Team K9 owners and team members. It supports Merchanting reporting, advertising work and video publishing. These terms apply to use of the integration, not to purchases from the Team K9 store.

Authorized use

Use only accounts, channels, business data and media you are permitted to access or manage. Keep credentials private. Do not use the application to bypass platform restrictions, impersonate another party, publish unauthorized material or access another organization’s information.

Connected services and actions

Google authorization permits the specific scopes shown on the consent screen. A connection is not blanket business approval for every available action. Follow the applicable operator review and authorization controls before publishing or changing advertising settings. Check the destination account, content, visibility and scope of each action.

By using the YouTube functionality of aiagent, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for having the rights to uploaded content and for complying with the connected platform’s policies.

Reports and availability

Reports depend on provider availability, permission scope, reporting delays and source completeness. Estimates and unmatched costs may change. Review source dates, calculation notes and reconciliation status before making decisions. The application does not provide a guarantee of availability, final accounting accuracy or a particular commercial result.

Disconnecting and privacy

You may revoke aiagent’s access through Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not undo previously completed publications or advertising actions. The Privacy Policy describes data use, retention and deletion requests.

For questions, access issues or termination of an internal connection, email support@teamk9.com. We may suspend a connection when authorization ends, a platform requires it, or continued access would create a security or policy problem.
