aiagent Privacy Policy

Effective September 15, 2026 · Operated by Team K9

This notice explains how Team K9’s aiagent application accesses, uses, stores and shares information obtained through authorized Google connections. aiagent supports internal Merchanting reporting and Team K9 video-publishing workflows. This notice covers those integrations; shopping and general storefront browsing are described in the Team K9 storefront privacy policy.

Information we access

  • Connection information: authorization tokens, the connected account or channel identifiers, granted permissions, and connection or error timestamps. Google handles Google sign-in; the application does not ask you to give it your Google password.
  • Google Ads: authorized advertiser identities, campaign and ad information, settings relevant to approved workflows, and reporting data such as dates, spend, impressions, clicks and conversion measurements.
  • YouTube: authorized channel, video and playlist information; publication status and identifiers; and content information needed for an enabled channel workflow. Operators may supply video files, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags and visibility settings for upload. Broader channel permissions can support authorized content-management actions.
  • Operational records: requested actions, source timestamps, processing results and error details needed to operate and troubleshoot the integration.

Each connection is limited by the permissions actually granted. The Google Ads and YouTube permissions described here do not provide access to a Google password or unrestricted access to unrelated Google services.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the requested reporting, reconciliation, analysis and publishing functions; maintain reliable connections; show source evidence and publication receipts; prevent duplicate actions; and investigate errors or unauthorized use. Advertising data may be compared with separately authorized business records to explain performance and costs.

Selected business information may be processed by configured AI services to produce operator-requested summaries or analyses. We do not use Google API data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Google API data is not sold, supplied to data brokers or used for unrelated advertising targeting.

Access and service providers

Authorized Team K9 operators can access information needed for their business roles. Hosting, database, technical-support and configured analysis providers may process information needed to deliver these functions. Uploading content sends the selected files and metadata to YouTube; the selected visibility setting controls whether that content is public. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security incidents, subject to applicable Google data-use restrictions.

Human access to Google user data is limited to the authorized user-facing workflow and permitted support, security or legal purposes. We do not grant unrelated third parties general access to connected accounts.

Storage and protection

Reports and execution records are stored in operator-controlled or hosted application systems. Credentials are kept in server-side configuration or operator-controlled credential storage, separate from public pages. Access controls restrict application records to authorized company users. Communications with Google use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Retention, revocation and deletion

We retain information needed for the authorized functions, source reconciliation and operational accountability, subject to applicable Google API retention requirements. YouTube API data must be refreshed or removed as required by YouTube’s policies; authorization must remain valid for continued access. Operator-created media and independent business records are distinct from data retrieved from Google APIs.

You can stop future authorized access by removing aiagent in Google Account connections or Google security permissions. Revoking access does not automatically delete videos already published to YouTube or all previously retained application records.

To request deletion of retained Google API data or disconnect help, email support@teamk9.com with “aiagent data deletion” and the relevant account or channel identifier. We may verify your authority before acting. We will delete applicable Google API data within the period required by the provider, including within 30 days for a verified request to delete YouTube API user data. We will explain any independently held records that must be retained for legal obligations. Never email passwords, tokens or identity documents unless a secure, specific verification process has been arranged.

Google and YouTube policies

aiagent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. The application uses YouTube API Services. Google’s own practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy; YouTube use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when data practices change and request additional consent when required for materially different access or use. Questions and privacy requests: Team K9, support@teamk9.com.
